I am beyond impressed with the Breef team and overall experience. From the first interaction, the Breef team (shout out to Marcela!) was kind, knowledgable, and on point. I really appreciated how the team goes the extra step to listen to your needs and then write the scope for you. It may seem small, but to any other Director of Marketing or equivalent working for a small business, you know that someone taking the initiative to go above and beyond to be helpful and prove they were actively engaged in the conversation is such a relief when you're to do list is already at capacity. From this first interaction, I knew the level of care in my agency picks would be up to par, and that this experience was going to be exceptional.

The process from scope upload through starting the project was seamless - not a single road-bump - so A+ for UX from the first moment. The system presents you with the agencies picked for you, each agency writes a pitch and attaches relevant work/processes, etc, interview schedules are handled directly through your project rep, and so is acceptance and payments. The Breef team checked in regularly and at appropriate times to ensure all was well, any questions were answered, and next steps were clear (thanks Jill!!).

Truly grateful for Breef's business model and the clear, high standards they have for their hires and customer service. I rave about this experience to anyone I can because it narrowed the agency choices in a targeted, thoughtful, and stress-free way. I feel like the Breef team and my choice agency handle and communicate with customers in the way that my company (and all companies should) strives to - as approachable experts.

Breef is the best when it comes to needing to source an agency for your business needs. We looked for influencer agencies through them. Took us about 30 days from start to signing a contract with a team we know we can trust. They provided feedback and references so that we knew that this agency was the right fit for our business. We gave them feedback on agencies that we didn't pick and why. Its very collaborative and we will use Breef for all marketing agency needs moving forward. We appreciate their team so much!
