Brevard Eye Center Suntree office is Terrible
OK so to be clear this is Brevard Eye Center Suntree office. I will review the pro's and cons about this office.
First the pro's they are really close to home, and the girl who takes your money is really friendly.
Now the cons: The Dr. gave me the shortest eye exam in my life I'm not even sure he did anything, typically I have eye exams they take some time to see what prescription gives the the best sight, he never even checked that so I'm pretty nervous about getting my prescription, which leads me in the next part of my review. The department that actually gets your glasses are liars, no soft way to say it. They told me a week and a half earlier that my prescription and glasses would ready to be picked up on Friday of last week. So I show up at 10 am on that Friday and they tell me they are not there yet, he makes a call and then tells me that they were just cleaning the lenses and it would be overnight-ed and there on Saturday but they are not open on the weekend so it would be Monday. So I come in on Monday and he tells me that they missed the shipper on Friday because I was in to late... I'm like I was in way before 12 pm non Friday so why are you lying to me, the associate told me he could file a complaint to the insurance company If I would like. I'm like wait! you're going to file a complaint against yourself to my insurance company???? I told the gentleman no thank you I feel like that is something I should be doing, So I am contacting Met life Vision and let them know how bad this place is, the VA has better eye care than they do. I will be warning my community about this place and the low quality of their service. They are pretty pricey to and have a terrible selection. I went to them because I lost my glasses and was desperate to say the least. The old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly does not apply to this place I feel like their quality of service is a total rip off.
