Software decent, support god awful.
I feel the software, although not aesthetically pleasing, does the job and will become a great asset in the future. The main reason for our 2 star rating is the support. There isn't any. You get 1 months free phone support for the onboarding however what they really mean is we will take a message and pass it on, someone will be contact with you via email.
You have to pay for any, what they calling addons, like custom forms, even though the demo you get told you can make custom forms ...
The proposal section works, but also doesnt work, because you have to pay more to have agreements uploaded, but you can do it yourself, but you still have to pay, but you also cant do it yourself. See how confusing this is.
The proposal section also has what they are calling a care plan, this care plan is a bunch of service dates with no other information included, you can print this, but the formatting doesnt hold (I have tried on several other windows and mac computers and its the same thing) and becomes a total jumble. If you would like the care plan to be changed, thats an extra fee.
Back to the support. Basic timeline of what i am currently going through, sent a request via their online chat portal. Request was then closed, no reply, no respone, no support offered. 7 days later another request sent, this time via email, recevied a reply 4 days later.
Responded to that reply, got one back 23hours later. I didnt reply as i was away, ticket got closed.
Tried calling for that phone support I mentioned, 3 days in a row, rung, 'Sorry no one is available right now, can i get your name and contact details and ill mark this request as urgent', Still waiting for those calls ...
