The product is excellent. It covers just about anything without any special primers or treatments. I've painted plastics, resin, wood & even metal with this paint. I love the soft gloss for garden pots & ornaments. The garden pots are now into their second season and showing no signs of wear, chips or dullness whatsoever. - They have a full tinted range, which is available in all the finishes (Matt, Satin & Soft Gloss) with loads of colours & shades to choose from. - However - the one caveat I have is that the colour charts to select from aren't particularly accurate, when looking online. (PC Monitor settings etc). So, instead of just a shade number, it would be helpful to have an actual brief description of the colour as well. For example - "Pink based Lilac" / or "Blue based Lilac". That would be so helpful and avoid wasting money, as tinted products are obviously non returnable.
