The product is easy to apply - don't use too much or too little. Striking the right balance for the floor being treated is important. It can easily disappear or smear all over. Test a bit first. The long-term results I'm unsure of but the initial coat looked nice. It will give you a healthier looking floor, not a gleaming "varnish" look.
