Outstanding product. I used Zinsser Gardz to seal damaged and porous plaster before decorating, and the results were excellent. It soaked in well, hardened the surface, and created a solid base for filling and painting. It was easy to apply, dried quickly, saving valuable time and significantly improved the finish of the topcoat. A little goes a long way, making it great value for money. If you're dealing with chalky, flaky or damaged walls, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zinsser Gardz. It's an outstanding primer that I always keep on hand for preparation work.

Usual Zinsser quality product. Used Gardz to coat unskimmed plasterboard walls which had bubbled when previously repaired and painted with contract emulsion some years ago. Nice smooth finish once painted. Also used to size a featute wall prior to hanging a heavyweight paper. Zinsser products always reliable
