Awful let down company ! I am on my 4th appointment.
Workers was supposed to deliver scaffolding on Friday 27th june and work was going to be carried out 1st July..no one turned up ! I had to call them twice to find out my appointment was cancelled and that they no longer work with the company who provide the scaffolding but they will definitely be out on the 1st with scaffolding and workers. On 1st July no scaffolding was delivered and the worker couldn't carry out the work without it.. again Breyer are sorry we don't know why they didn't turn up ! But can I do the 5th July we promise the work will be carried out! 5th July the scaffolding turns up but no worker in the time frame given but can they come later in the afternoon ..I had to deny this as I have a son with needs and he would be home at that time ! Supervisor wouldn't get on the phone was passing messages to workers and even got them to call me back ! So its now Saturday and after having been promised again they will turn up and having to change plans all week we are now having to wait home today as they want the work done so the scaffolding doesn't get pinched outside my property ( their words lol) time frame is 9:30 and 14:30 and it's 11am no one has come yet ! You would think after them messing about they would have come first thing..... SUPRISE SUPRISE NO ONE HAS TURNED UP! I CALLED OUT OF HOURS WHICH IS ONLY FOR THE ENGINEERS AND SHE COULDN'T TELL ME WHY NO ONE HAS TURNED UP AS I AM NOT AN ENGINEER LOL .. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Rude manager,cannot even look at people after put building residents jobs at risk after failing with start of works notification.
How can a company like this can have site managers soo rude or better how do they get in there!?!

Plumber from Breyer Group on second visit put in new bath taps, well should have been taps but for some reason he thought we would like a mixer shower so installed that. He put the hot on the cold and cold on the hot. I had told him on his first visit we hadn’t already got a mixer tape because we didn’t want one. Can’t regulate the water temperature, so of now use to us. Asked him to take it out please. He was going to book another visit. Noticed after he left the waste pipe was loose, and had gouged the wall and made a real mess. After a few days the plug hole and waste pipe under the bath failed. We called the local council emergency patrol officer on Saturday who wasn’t best pleased with what he saw, and said he was going to fill in a poor workmanship report or the like. After not being able to use the bath all weekend called Breyer on the Monday morning and the ladies wouldn’t send anybody to rectify the problem until the Wednesday. Luckily the council instructed a different company called Drain Surgeons to do the work urgently, and the very efficient plumber was finished in 20 minutes. He told me the pipe under the bath was rotten and that putty has been put in the plug hole in a bodge job to seal it. So Breyer’s plumber couldn’t be bothered to replace the plug hole and piece of pipe. I’ve emailed Breyer about 5 times and sent pictures and they’ve not replied. In the company spiel they say they put people first. Yeah right! They’ve got to return to take the mixer shower off, and I asked that the other plumber attend (first plumber said Breyer has only two) and asked if he was competent, they said first plumber was more so. Had very bad experience with this lot. I wouldn’t employ them. On the first visit the plumber said his van was a mess and hard to find anything, so am thinking he couldn’t find taps hence the mixer. He was gone to his van for about 45 minutes looking for something. People don’t complain you see, so these bodgers arent held to account. UNTIL NOW. Next step is to find a director to complain to, but they are very difficult to get hold of.

Breyer Group recently replaced the roof on the property we live in. From the first visit to the scaffolding going up and the roofers working, through to the completion of the job, we found everyone helpful, polite, hard working and extremely kind and professional.
I would like to thank the whole team and special mentions for Maxine and Catalin. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Be warned subcontractors
Breyer will rip you off once the contractor is signed and you have done some work, they will send you Contra charge and cancel out all your payments
Never ever agree to any contract with them
