Extremely bad

I have hired Brian’s Renovation to clean the blocked sewage pipeline. I was originally told that the job will cost 900 DKK, which is an average price in Denmark for such job. It all ended up they they did not managed to solve the problem, send me a bill twice the original quotation (1.900 DKK) and broke the back side of the kitchen cabinet. Fortunately, they have repaired the kitchen cabinet on their expense, but I still had to pay twice the original quotation and hire another company to solve the problem.
I have made an investigation to see if I am the only “lucky” customer of Brian’s Renovations “excellent” service. It appears that there a lot of unsatisfied customers. I do not think I can report on other people’s behalf so you have to trust me on this.
I would certainly recommend to avoid hiring Brian’s Renovation!!!
