Poor payment system
Poor payment system - beware.....tried to make an order on this website but it did not go through and showed up on the page as order not processed, however the money was taken from my account and I am still waiting for it to be returned. Guy I emailed about it was very short and rude in response. Have had no problems on any other websites today so its a glitch with theirs. Just an honest review- not a very good company to deal with in my opinion, which is a shame as the website looks so good. Oh well, will have to try elsewhere.
I think your reply shows how rude you are - I can assure you I did not put an incorrect billing postcode in - the system on your website led to this error and now, over 24 hours later I still don't have my money back. I'm entitled to let people know that I have had a bad experience on your website, I can't afford to be £50 out of pocket and your passive aggressive emails and replies have not helped, but only made me feel worse. I hope you have a good Christmas too.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately we have no control over the card details you input when placing an order. We replied to you via email explaining the error during the checkout process (an incorrect billing post code had been input).
Also, no money has been taken from your account. Your bank has put the funds into 'pending' status and the funds will be released back to you shortly which was also explained in the email.
You have also left this review less than 8 hours after attempting to place your order leaving no time for the funds to be released back to you by your bank.

This was my first time ordering from brick-a-brac. Really impressed by the variety on offer and the prices were pretty good too. My order was processed quickly and the items were packed really neatly in the box which was great. Would definitely recommend this site to all Lego fans.

First time using brick-a-brac-uk. The Lego polybags arrived promptly and in great condition.
Accurate title, images and description. Very easy to navigate the site and payment/shipping using instant checkout.
They had useful order/shipping updates via email. No extra costs and very good price for the products provided. The order was purchased 3pm Friday and arrived Monday - super speedy delivery.
Shipping was reasonable and packed well/securely and the offers were a great incentive to shop.
Would recommend to friends and use again. I can shop with trust.
