Absolutely appalled that they allow the sale of stolen Lego. I know for a fact that there is a seller selling stolen Lego as it was stolen from us. They have yet to stop that seller.

First time I've used Brick Owl as there was one LEGO Black Plate 1 x 2 with Rounded Ends and Open Studs (35480) missing from my latest kit and I have to say I'm very impressed with their service. Easy to find the specific part on their site, the price was way cheaper than getting it from Lego themselves and delivery was very timely, arrived within a couple of days. Would definitely use them again.

I've bought and sold on both Bricklink and Brickowl. and Brickowl's user-friendly interface has always got me coming back. Clever part name tagging which makes search results more useful. Also, they give proper Lego-approved color names like "Dark Stone Grey".

Brickowl unfortunately doesn't have as many massive sellers and so sometimes it can be hard to find a specific rare element in high enough quantities without having to order from multiple stores. but they have always wowed me with the easy interface.

When I first asked they said I need to wait longer - when I asked again they said I should track it myself (how?) - that it is now too late to track it, that no refund can be granted and that leaving a bad review would not affect them (I was not threatening a bad review I was asking them to do better... but maybe this is not the first time they are facing this problem...?!)
- I don't know them but they sound cocky and unprofessional when communicating with a customer on first inquiry.

Brickowl forces sellers to pay for all shipping costs when the buyer declines an order. The seller will have to refund the full amount to the customer. On top of that the seller has to organise shipping and pay for those costs, so that the customer can return the goods for free. For sellers this is the worst possible platform to sell your bricks or lego-items.

On top of that Brickowl charges fees for each item you sell.

While you might sell on this platform, you will sooner or later end up broke attempting to do business on this platform

Excellent website and very good sellers. I have now ordered about 8 times used LEGO bricks via them. The prices are good, the quality has been above the description/promise, everyone was polite and delivered swiftly.
The catalogue is _very_ extensive - they have simply everything, but it is very easy to navigate if you use the menus or enter searches for bricks or sets you want.

First time user. Website is a mess with poor navigability and information gap. So confusing that you can even know what you paid for. Badly needs urgent upgrade.

Absolutley Awful complicated, buggy website, I tried adding in a few elements and it was like trying to study for a rocket exam.... just so converluted..I don't recommend anyone buying products from this place. The website also had cart bugs in it, and the contact link actually doesnt work

Brickowl operate a great platform and have superb suppliers for any missing / damaged lego parts, I ordered a number of items and they arrived in good time, in perfect condition, for a reasonable price and acceptable postage charges, more than happy to recommend the service and will definitely use it again when needed.

Fast delivery. Well priced and postal charges not excessive. All parts required from one source. Have used Brick Owl previously and will definately use them in the future. Thankyou Brick_Lane.

Used once so far to replace missing items from a second hand Lego set. Found the 3 items quickly and cheaper than elsewhere. Postage was fair and not greedy, unlike some sellers who charge £4 postage for one brick?. Will be using again.Thanks.

Hopefully they Will stay Independent from Lego as Theis direct competitor has being bought and since that it is a very bad and toxic place.

I order lego parts regularly from the assorted vendors under the Brick Owl umbrella. Those vendors I have ordered from have all been consistent in their ability to provide the items ordered. Those occasions when items are unavailable, I am informed and refunded promptly. If my order is missing items or includes any damaged or unusable parts, I have found that all the vendors are sincerely apologetic and will hold the item for future orders, refund promptly when necessary, or send the parts out at no additional cost. Because there are multiple vendors, the range of stock available is fantastic and the prices are reasonable.

Fast delivery with excellent quality pieces from my experience with two sellers

Having bought my Grandson a few used Lego sets I discovered that some had pieces missing. Not being a Lego expert I was very lucky to find Brick Owl online. Brilliant service from every supplier I used from their site. Quick delivery with Lego parts and postage much cheaper than I expected to pay. 5 star service all round. Well done.
