I am extremely disappointed with the dress I ordered for my daughter. Please don't be scammed by this company or any other oriental custom dress companies.

I double checked the measurements prior to ordering the dress. My expectation was that the dress should fit if I gave them the measurements. Wouldn't you feel the same?

When the dress came it was extremely tight on her. It was difficult for her to move normally. After I zipped up the dress the zipper seperated on her. The cups sewn into the dress were about an inch and a half above my daughter's breasts. Would you wear a dress with that issue? Of course not. I certainly wouldn't.

I now am sewing her a dress which is what I was trying to avoid. My sewing years are pretty much behind me. It is difficult for me to sew like I use to.

If these companies do not create a better product that fits people in other countries then let's stop making these purchases so the will not be able to scam us.

I do understand how hard it is to find dresses that fits your wants/needs sewn here in the USA that are also affordable. I've been looking for several months now.

Our problem is the color we need for the wedding we are attending.

I hope my comments will help some one else who is searching for dresses from these companies that show beautiful dresses and entice you with their wide color selection. They do not arrive as they are shown.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!!!
I didn't want the flowers on the dress and told them to NOT attach the flowers. They didn't understand and attached them with safety pins!!! I had to get the dress fixed at my local tailor as the safety pins had damaged the satin fabric and I didn't have time to send the dress back. I was told that I would get the money back which I had spend to get it fixed.......
After half a year of emails back and forth they suddenly didn't answered me anymore and I never got my money back!!
Don't order from them unless you are in really really good time so you can send the dress back if you find any issues... Or deal with a NON-EXISTING customer service!!!

The service of Bridesire is excellent and reliable! Employees are very friendly. I ordered two dresses and fittling and colour are better than I expected. I am very happy about my decision to order at Bridesire and I really want to recommend this extraordinary company! Perfect!

My wife is extremely pleased with the custom made dress you made for her. She has trouble finding dresses due to her measurements. Your custom made dress fits perfectly with only one exception. The straps are a little too long and she is going to shorten them herself to make them the right length. We would like to thank you for you fast, helpful service and we will recommend your company to all our friends and relatives. Keep up the good work.

Enquired about a quick delivery and was told they could deliver and I just had to specify it in my order. Then got an update on my order that the could delivery my dress a month to late. To my surprise they've already charged my creditcard even though I cancelled my order within 24 hours. Now I have to wait almost 14 days for them to refund me as "the refund department is closed until Feb 6 due to the Chinese new year". Don't ever ever use them!

The 2 dresses we recieved are beautiful and did not have to wait long to get them. The colour is very lovely and they look just like the picture from website! We are really happy to give this to our bridesmaids. Thank you bridesire!! Everybody needs to know how good your service is! Kind regards. Arum and Tijn

I LOVE IT, it fits perfect to me, it is just a little bit to long, but thats OK, I can live with that.

I ordered the dress from you and It will arrived earlier as I expected date. The dress is really beautiful and fitted well.
Before I make the order, I contacted first the customer support and asking for some details. They instructed me very well. Sending the color I chosen, and taking the proper measurement. And also reminding me the time range they required to do the dress. I followed each one of the instruction since it's 4 months before the wedding, I finally ordered the dress. I provided them the measurement taken by our local tailor followed by on how to take measurement from your website. Sending up the color chosen and the textile I request. I also sent the details they required thru email just to make sure they received every details :) After 3 weeks, I received my dress and it's look perfect ! That is more than my expectation. it's perfectly fitted, color and also the fabric I request. For the cheap price, I cannot imagine that I can have the dress that looks expensive ones.
I highly recommended your website. For the buyers, followed all the proper instruction they required and we get the perfect services from them :)

My mom was right when she told me to get my bridal dress from you. The custom fitted ivory plunging wedding gown was truly beautiful. All the measurements I mentioned to you were followed. Although the hemline is a bit long, it’s okay because my friend tailor modified it easily. She even said the add-ons and the lace closure details are commendable, as if they’re made by real designers and professionals. You guys must truly be artistic and professionals.

DONT EVER BUY A DRESS OFF BRIDESIRE!!! THE DRESS LOOKED TERRIBLE AND WAS IN CHEEP FABRIC nothing like the picture!!!
I returned my dress OVER 6 months ago.
They said they received it, but no refund in yet... THEY STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS AFTER I HAD PURCHASED THE DRESS!
Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!
