Bought a car from them 2 years ago and it was a decent experience. Fast forward to last week and my battery died, fine I thought I will just use the emergency key blade that came with the car key. (They only gave me one key) The key did not work… Nothing I did would work so I ended up having to pay a locksmith £90 to break into my own car to get to the bonnet release so I could replace the battery. Locksmith advised that I should reach out as they sold me a car with the wrong emergency key blade. The fob was programmed to my car but not originally for my car as confirmed by the locksmith. I have reached out to the dealer they have ignored all contact. Moral of the story is check if your car is fully keyless that the emergency key actually works.

Had a few issues with getting a car on finance but Geoff was very helpful.
Ended up getting a Toyota Aygo but after a month it has now broken down. Lost power and just revving to the max. Was on the motorway with my son so lucky I got off before it fully stopped.
Needed the car for hospital trips but now I dont know what I’ll do.

Absolutely fantastic service. This is the second car we've bought from here, and both times they've gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. I can't imagine going anyway else for future purchases.

I bought a low mileage Volvo from them during my first three months I have had a number of issues and failures with the car. I have had to buy new wiper blades despite recently passing an Mot. After two weeks I had to buy a new battery. The garage I took it to adised front tyres were near the legal limit. The next week a rear door lock would not release as the deadlock had seized. The following week the car broke down when the alternator packed up. I was without the car for over two weeks whilst a new one was ordered. Fortunately the warranty provided with the car covered the bulk of these costs. The most recent issue were intermittent warnings for failures of ESC and City Safe. After struggling to find anyone locally to look into the problem I contacted Bridge End Motors and they agreed to sort the problem. Left the car with them and they managed to locate the problem and fix it and repair the door lock. For me the efforts they made have restored my faith in the car and them, hence the alteration in my review from 1 star to 4 stars.
TBH the issues with wipers, tyres and the battery were down to myself not noticing these issues when I collected the car. All in all I would consider buying from Bridge End Motors again.

I did a lot of research looking for the best automatic car for my parents. There weren't too many available (around the country) but there was a nice high spec, low mileage, well maintained Suzuki locally at Bridge End Motors. The car was more pricey than we wanted to spend but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
My Mam wasn't too keen on the colour, despite me telling her that the car would suit her needs perfectly.
After a quick phone call we visited the garage. Not wanting to lose the car I asked about a holding deposit. Josh advised me it would make more sense to be sure the car was the right one for us before reserving it.
Long story short, Dave gave us sound helpful advice. My Mam and Dad viewed the car in situ at the garage (without test driving it). I showed them online review videos about the benefits of this model and my parents agreed they wanted to buy the car. The garage was really busy and this was over the Christmas period. Dave and team prepared the car as quickly as possible and my parents are really happy with the car.
The service from the entire team at B.E.M. has been fantastic. Dave has sorted minor issues before being asked to, the car was presented well, in a timely manner. Pictures on the website were accurate, I highly recommend this garage.
Now we just need to have it resprayed..... 😁

8 moths later, car had broken down. ABS pump has failed. After discussion with my garage and FORD, this is a know fault

I spent a huge sum of money replacing the part. On contacting the garage to inform them, the chap who sold the car was sympathetic, however the manger pointed out the warranty

I would not recommend this garage to anyone, be warned, I too read the reviews which give a false impression

Bought a car April, sales were all great Dave to sell car. Had a report done from a garage and engineer the car has practically been rebuilt badly and they stated they did not know or notice it, yet an estimator from another garage noticed all the bad previous repairs including filler in the door and over polished marks.

We were looking to buy a bigger family car, after shopping around with little success we stopped in at Bridge End Motors in Ayr, we were met by Ross Milton on arrival without an appointment, Ross was friendly and tentative, he gave us our space to look around and discuss what we saw however Ross was immediately available to answer the questions we had, Ross made us feel so welcome it took us less than 30 minutes to find the perfect vehicle.

We were offered refreshments and in no time at all the paperwork was competed, we were offered a great part exchange on our current vehicle, and we were on our way, by the time we got home I received a call from Ross to let me know that everything was in place and approved, and he confirmed that we could collect our vehicle in three days.

The morning of the third day I received a call from Bridge End Motors confirming that our vehicle was ready for collection.

Ross Milton once again thank you for your amazing service we will be seeing you in the next few years for a replacement vehicle.

Came across Bridge End Motors whilst looking for a used car. All the information relating to the car was provided in the advert itself, which makes a refreshing change, as so many places don’t, which just wastes time. We went along to view our chosen car and we were very impressed with the car we wanted to look at, indeed all the cars on the forecourt and our salesman too!

Everything was plain sailing from agreeing to purchase, taking deposit, paying balance and receiving all paperwork when collecting the car today.

We would be delighted to recommend Bridge End Motors to anyone and when we need a car in the future, they will definitely be our first port of call.

The staff and the service at Bridge End are exceptional. We were delighted with the car, and the fact that Bridge End sorted out a little problem straight away. Just fabulous. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I have used this dealership,The car I bought was delivered to Fife in Scotland, the complete transaction went very smoothly. The car is in amazing condition and without fault and this dealership do all they say they will do.You can buy here with confidence.
