+ [Pricing] The price checkers online suggested it was valued within a range of £1k each way, so pricing was very fair for the mileage (32k) and reg (2019).
+ [Staff] Peter, who has been there for almost 30 years now, was very pleasant, helpful and informative. Happy to look into any concerns I had with any of the car viewings. Always made time for me and guided me through the process smoothly. So huge thanks to Peter!
+ [Garage Policy] At a minimum, the garage offers a 1-month return policy and a 12-month warranty in the event of issues. They will handle your road tax swap for you if trading a car in. After purchasing the car, there was a 2-week wait while they serviced and prepared the car. On pickup, it was spotless, and I've had no issues so far.

The only drawbacks that make this a 4/5 for me:
- [Test Drive] The test drive was accompanied by the dealer, set on a short 3-minute straight road, only turning to get back to the garage. Not leaving much time, or the ability to have a proper feel for the car. (To be fair, I called in the morning, giving little notice; you may be able to phone a few days ahead for a more thorough drive)
- [Trade in price for older cars] Traded in my old car (2009), could probably get around 800-1100 for its condition, but was offered 300 at a stretch. This is fine for dealing with the hassle of tire kickers, but be aware that you may get more by selling older cars privately (based on car age, not mileage).

Very helpful in finding correct car and best way to buy!

We walked around the complex having a good look without being hounded by sales men. When the salesman came to us he was very polite and helpful.

Sales service when buying the car was great friendly but machine service very poor would not recommend buying a car after years of buying cars from them the last 2 have been disappointing as nothing but problems

Good initial reception from the car salesman , I asked for a test drive that was fine , he never offered my wife to test drive the car. After purchasing the car I could not find the owners handbook, I phoned the car salesman his reply was to go online and get a digital one. I found this very unhelpful trying to go online every time i had a query. I feel they should have offered to get a replacement handbook.
