My tree arrived quickly
My tree arrived quickly . The shipping updates were timely . It was boxed well and appeared quite healthy . Fall came early so we shall see how it looks this spring.
2 trees
I ordered 2 trees, an eastern white pine and a magnolia. I was impressed at how healthy they looked. They have both done great since being planted as well. I look forward to ordering more trees in the future from Brighter Blooms.
I should have added the shipping…
I should have added the shipping insurance. My plants arrived in beatten up open boxes. The Fed Ex driver held them together. The plants are shipped with the root ball in a plastic bags. I immediately planted them in pots used some Thrive and am hoping for the best. They are 5 gallon Wax Myrtles which are pretty resistant pants. For the almost $400 dollars spent for 6 plants....I expected better. I live in a rural area and am at the mercy of mail order businesses. Everyone seems to have an excuse for mediocre service during the pandemic. Especially shipping services.
Replacement Tree is doing much better
This is a replacement tree from a bloomerang lilac I ordered in the early spring that never did well from the day it was planted so I decided to go with a whole different tree and decided on the limelight hydrangea tree. The tree arrived with lots of green leaves and was taller than I had expected, way more branches and leaves than the lilac tree. It was wilted as expected being in a box and no water for a couple of days but I planted it right away and gave it a long slow drink and the next day already looked better. I noticed lots of buds on it, I’m hoping to see a bloom or two before winter takes over. After a week the whole tree perked up and is doing great and now it’s been a couple of weeks I’ve noticed I don’t have to water as often and I’m just waiting for some new growth and maybe a bloom. Hope it does well in winter so I can watch this tree grow next spring. Much better experience this time around.
Ordered a live rose and received dried…
Ordered a live rose and received dried up dead rose. Had black spot, white mildew and very little green leaves left. It looks like something Home Depot three away. Sent them complaint with pictures before I threw it away but no response.
Dwarf Cavendish Banana, smaller than expected
Ordered dwarf Cavendish Banana. Plant arrived well packed and in good shape. The pot size was clearly indicated on the website but the plant was much smaller than implied by the website photos. Overall price point and shipping seemed excessive in relation to size of plant. Hence the low ranking.

First time ordering from Brighter Blooms. Found the plant I wanted here - couldn't find it near home. Arrived in a timely fashion, good shape. Planted it and so far it is doing well. I did get the one yr insurance. Can't go wrong for the low price of that!

Yoshino Cherry Tree
Ordering very easy. Had some issue with not being able to locate delivery address in a new development but customer service was helpful for fast resolution. Delivery and tracking were excellent. Tree was heavily trimmed for shipping and seemed to have quite a bit of insect damage. Will need to monitor closely for healthy growth.

this is my second response, we did receive our order but the plants are not healthy. they have brown spots a lot. I emailed plantspecialists.com and received no response. Please advise on replacement or refund. thanks

So I have received my order swiftly and efficiently of a Valencia Orange tree. It came in very nicely protected as well as the Neem oil I ordered with it. I am just about to repot it and give it a new growth cycle. I see no signs of fungus or of disease or improper treatment. I will definitely be ordering again from you. Thank you for providing me with a healthy tree to grow my own fruit. I will be needing another one soon for pollination.
Ordering a 2nd knock out rose tree today!

One of three plants in pretty bad…
One of three plants in pretty bad shape, reported it, but was told to give it 3 months before they will do anything...3 months will be WINTER...so I doubt this plant will make it...but we'll see.
