DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES! My first experience was awesome. But my second is horrible. My arches broke the first hour I had them. They were in several pieces, discolored and unwearable within 2 weeks.

These thieves are sending out cheap plastic crap and charging thousands. Then they hide behind this stupid contract saying you can’t complain. Listen...I took out a loan of $1000 to buy a new set of arches.
When I sent my arches back under warranty they denied me because I swallowed a small piece and didn’t dig through my feces to send back a complete set. I still have to pay my loan back but I have nothing to show for it! they didn't even return the broken, crappy ones...NOTHING!

The woman calling herself "Michelle" or "Shelley" she's a piece of work! Snotty, Rude, condescending, ZERO compassion. I would never in a million years let her work for my company!

SERIOUSLY...BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company should be class-action sued and put out of the rip-off business!!!

IncrediBIL veneers were good until they weren't

The IncrediBIL veneers were pretty good... until they weren't. They're expensive and flimsy, and mine broke within a year from using them exactly as intended.
PS Don't waste your money on the extended warranty. The company says you can eat in them, but the warranty doesn't cover damage incurred while eating in them.
I probably would have just replaced the arch, but the customer service rep, Michelle, was truly awful to deal with. I can't give any more money to a company that allows their employees to act the way she did.
I was informed that their lawyers would sue me if I left a negative review. That's a giant red flag for this company. No thanks.

Stole my money and veneer

Please don't waste your money on this company. They literally stole almost $2000 of my money. I ordered the veneers in June. After 3 prior adjustments, the veneers still did not fit in my mouth. So, I requested a refund with no reply. After going back and forth in several emails, I decided to just send them back for a 4th adjustment. I received a message from them that my veneers were not in the package when it arrived and they were not going to help me. When I emailed them again to discuss this further, the customer service rep told me that I was harassing them and did not follow their requests properly and they were unable to help me. I asked to speak with the owner of the company and she told me that's not going to happen and hung up on me!!! Do not do business with brighter image labs!! I'm reporting them to the BBB immediately.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!! Brighter Image are crooks. They don’t stand behind their junk product. Call down to complain they block your phone call. These guys are real con artist. Their product won’t fit unless you use fix-o-dent. Lot better manufactures and half the price. BEWARE!! I suggest you read all these bad reviews because I have and they are right. Same crap happened to me!!

Love Love Love the change it has made to my confidence.

How truly grateful to you I am for your craftsmanship expertise, professionalism and quality smartness inventing the Bill Veneets.
I had already spent thousands of dollars on my dental work braces x 2, jaw pulled forward 2.5mm using an apparatus jasper jumper. After my car accident I could not wear my retainers for months and my teeth moved out of alignment again. I thought I would never have a lovely smile without drilling my teeth and spending well over $30,000. As I heard it could cause root canals later down the track that was not an option for me. No longer having finances to begin again treatment I turned to researching for a better and much cheaper solution. I found Brighter Image Lab and was blown away by the testimonies. I called the next day and ordered my first set of upper and lower veneers. When they arrived I put them in, wow what a change in my whole demeanour, smile and confidence I was beaming. After a week or so I wanted larger front teeth on the upper so i returned for an adjustment. No worries sent back new set within 7 days. Amazing I showed my dentist (now retired family friend) and his reply was that he couldn't believe how natural they looked. From my childhood till last year as I hated photos being taken of me I would just grin now I smile at every opportunity so much so my plan is to get some professional glamour photos done for keepsake and years to come.
Bill I owe you and your entire team my eternal gratitude for changing my life. The best feeling I've had in a long time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Love them and can't stop smiling.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. All they will do is steal your money and leave you with nothing. I made an order and realized immediately that I did not want the product and contacted them and they told me via email the only way I can get a refund is send back the product whenever I receive it. I sent back the product when I got it in the mail and I have been going back and forth with them regarding taking the $1300+ debt off my credit and they had a nerve to say I never asked for a cancellation even after I sent them proof of the back and forth emails. I will continue to fight this company and will take my problem to any agency that will assist me. Save your time and money and find another resolution for your teeth issues. You don't want anything to do with a company that has this kind of customer service and lousy product.

Stay away from this place! No customer service when you have a problem and they only care about the money and you can never call anyone! They will finance anyone at a billion dollars over decades! Don’t be fooled by slick website and go elsewhere and thank me later

Well I did ask them if they would consider using me as guinea pig ? Woops wrong question to ask these guys. So they messaged me back and told me got a reply from postmaster this email address didn't exist ? So I let them know it kept bouncing back and I got this message back from some keyboard warrior !

I just want to give them my money....
The morning customer service person is not the nicest person in the world. The issue is the finance company and their system, but of course it's really really me they say. Its hard to even pay them for their product. If it's hard to pay them imagine how hard it will be if any issues arise

Horrible company does not honor what they say

Horrible company. Mine turned yellow in England so I wasn't going to be there for return time. While under factory warranty. I did purchase the extra years. So when I got back to states I sent them in and they came with a factory flaw. I called the said since I didn't send them in time. I just used my warranty. So the set I get back has flaws and they refuse and want to charge me again. Worst company ever Michelle should be fired she hung up on me for saying I will leave a review if this isn't fixed. Not a threat a promise. Do not use them at all. So many other options scam artists in office. UPDATE they just "Michelle" told me I violated their terms and conditions by leaving an honest review lol. Really well I guess you should take care of your customers. They won't work with me anymore well you weren't and that was the problem. Again scam scam scam 2k dollars plus warranty and treated like dirt. 👍🏻

A friendly advice

A friendly advice. It's impossible to get a good impression of your teeth unless you're a dentist or a dental tech. Chances are you wont have a good fit. So the price will just go higher if you keep failing to get a good impression. Once they send you the impression kit, you're bound to pay the entire fee, so however you look at it, I would say more than 90% of customers will be screwed.

Took a year and 3 impression kits later to get a product that doesn’t fit my upper teeth and cracked in half trying to make them fit my upper teeth.
Rude people that KNOW they have you over a barrel because NO REFUNDS means NO REFUNDS.

That policy gives them complete autonomy and as I already shared they KNOW it.
So what that you paid to expedite your vaneers. Thats simply and ONLY an opportunity for them to make a little extra cash.

Texas AG NEEDS TO BE ASSIGNED THIS COMPANYS BLATENT AND INTENDED DISREGARD OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND MISREPRESENTATION.

Great! Love these.

I was a little skeptical at first but I did my research and decided to try it. It was the best decision. I'm 41 and my teeth have a couple missing. I was always afraid to smile. These look so natural and comfortable. Easy to clean. I had to send my first impression back because I messed it but the second impression kit they sent out was delivered fast. Totally happy. Great customer service.

Worse product I ever got

I got my venners and the fit is perfect but they look so fake the money all us people been spending on this product they should be making sure they look more real I'm not even going thru this with them but I don't suggest this product at all if you want some really good clip on venners that looks like your real teeth go with insta smile the worse thing I ever did was went with a different company so now I'm stuck with a 2000 dollar product I don't even like shame on them for promising people a great new smile and they give them this product which sucks

Do it if you can afford it

The whole process is hit or miss; the lucky ones are the people you see leaving google reviews. It's not fair but unless you could afford going to court, chances are you're not getting your money back...unfortunately. And like some have said on here, read every single document before signing. Make sure you've got a clear understanding of what you're signing up for, especially for those who are thinking of financing. Because FYI, there's a security deposit you'll have to pay on top of your down payment in order for them to begin production. The finance company doesn't offer bi-weekly or monthly installment plans. What's on that contract is final, so ya best have that weekly payment available.

Honestly, I'd like to think companies like BIL or instasmile genuinely care and want to help, but the fact that most can't afford it proves otherwise. I'm sure price validation falls directly on it being a custom product lol.

Anyway, for some of us this is next best alternative vs cost of actual dental work.

Terrible

Terrible, random customer service very rude, they get your money then play games ,and Zoe is horrible as a rep ,when you have repair issues they change pricing ,or completely refuse to do service under their warranty still try to charge.
