Brighter Super has helped us actively manage our Super!! They provide online tools, webinars and in person sessions to keep up to date on trends and developments. We are much better off with the support and assistance they have provided for the past 15 years

Trying to get my money.. no replies with the promised 48 hours. No replies at all most of the time. Complaints same.. nonsense responses when you get one. No explanation why money is not being paid why no responses etc etc . Taken months so far with no idea if and when i will get my money. Hopeless careless communicating is like slapping tripe doesnt affect them just hurts you. Reported to AFCA will be pursuing compensation.

My family and I are trying to go through the process to receive the inheritance from my father who passed away in June and Brighter Super have been unhelpful. Not responding to emails and claiming they never received documentation - even though everyone else cc’d received all documentation repeatedly provided. Me and my family have been grieving a horrific battle my Dad had with MND and to have this at the very end is not what my family needs. It’s not hard to respond to an email or provide an update on process or even make timeframes clear in the first place. It’s poor business, and it’s becoming disgraceful.

Dont go near it. The CEO is trying do do something with the money, I dont know what. As soon as your money goes in, it goes to a 'clearing account', which is automatically moved by some Indians to something else, and not reconciled. In short, you dont know where your money went...
