Customer care at it's best
Went in did the credit check ordered two appliances we wanted (was only gonna get one) paid first month upfront appliances delivered within few days installed etc we weren't badgered into getting stuff we didn't need or want just plain genuine customer service (Torquay branch)

The whole experience was a good one
The whole experience was a good one. I have only 1 criticism that's when the fridge freezer was delivered the men just dumped it in the middle of the kitchen floor. I had to move it to where it was going to live and it was a 6 foot high one so was also heavy. The shop staff were great.
