Terrible services

I've ordered a pair in mid January 2026 preparing for my three weeks' travel from 18 February 2026. However, I've never recived the products and they refused to refund to me even now after three months.

Not response to email and just replied with an auto-reply since mid Feb 2026. This is a completely unacceptable company in the UK. What a shame! Please do not buy from this company!

If I could give this company no stars, I would. Do not order from these people. I ordered my socks on 8th March and have never received them. I've emailed Bright Legs three times and on each occasion, I get the exact same standard response with a promise to update me within 24-48 hours - except the update never comes...

Avoid this seller. My parcel was sent to Bradbury instead of Bradford, and the photo provided as "proof" clearly shows a different area. Even though they admitted the mistake by offering a resend, the communication has been poor. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Terrible company, wouldn’t recommend. Ordered 6 pairs of socks, 2 are way smaller than the others and no use at all. Can only get swap/refund if I pay extortionate postage to China. Will not buy from again.

I have been wearing Bright Legs compression socks now for a few months, i originally ordered to help with my swollen ankles, they have helped considerably, but i have also had the added benefit of now having major relief from leg cramps during the night ( i only wear the socks during the day) orders have arrived reasonably quickly. I’m very pleased with my purchases.

Customer service was great but the sizing is so inconsistent that it’s very difficult to get socks that fit. Even when ordering the same design and size the sizing can be very different.

Shocking company, would recommend everyone to stay clear. Tracking on my parcel states returned to sender.

SCAM - AVOID.
The tracking shows as delivered at a time I was at home, but it was NOT delivered. The courier has confirmed it was not delivered to me, but still Brightlegs are refusing to refund and just sending me standard copy paste e-mail responses. I even paid extra for shipping insurance - another scam for them to make extra money.

Awful experience. 1st order of 2 pairs of compression socks arrived with 2 different sizes. Complained. Offered 100% discount on their website, but had to pay postage. 2nd order arrived exactly the same.. 2 different sizes. Complained again, they said they would only refund if I sent them back to China, at my cost. Utter disgrace. Would never use again or recommend. If I could leave a minus star on this review I would. AVOID.

Socks arrived ok, nice socks but far too tight. Trying to return them is a nightmare….so £13 completely wasted.

Customer service are evasive. The prospect of returning items for a refund are slim - even though the website states this is possible. This is a drop shipping company and goods come from China - item is poor quality, and sizing is extremely small. Do not buy from this company. I wasted $40.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Took ages to arrive (comes from China and takes a couple of weeks) and when they did they were ridiculously small and poor quality. Refused to provide return details. Save your money and invest in a decent company.

My parcel never arrived. The courier claimed to have delivered it at 23.59 pm one night, when we were obviously home, (!) but received nothing. They offered no photo proof or signature confirming delivery, and Bright Legs refused to refund or investigate further. I feel they have stolen £40 from me! I suggest alternative suppliers are a better option...and might actually care about their customers, which Bright Legs clearly do not.

These took a long time to arrive as they came from China which wasn’t clear when purchasing. When stretched they do not look as good as the ones advertised. They are very pricey but the quality is not great. They also have very tight spots where there is writing or and treads hanging out already. Very dissapointed.

Avoid. Have told customer service (and I use that term loosely) of Brightlegs that I will be posting factual reviews of their failure to replace or refund faulty goods until they replace or redund them. As other posters have said, they remove negative reviews from their websites or dont allow valid/genuine customers access to write reviews. (Most are fake AI generated reviews.) This appears to be my only option. Avoid this company. Scammers.

Wasn't happy with the socks as the design was stretched and not good quality.

When I asked for an exchange I was asked for the same information twice that I had already sent them.

I asked how I make a complaint and funnily enough haven't heard from them.

I suppose I should be grateful that they didnt ask me THE SAME INFORMATION A THIRD TIME.

STEER WELL CLEAR FROM THIS BRAND

Wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing. What a waste of money. I have 3 pairs of these socks and cannot wear any of them. I ordered size large .I am a shoe size 7 - I cannot get them on at all. I bought them as I have restless legs not because my legs are swollen. These are a joke. Please do not purchase these - save your money and the hassle of trying to get a refund!
