I judge a company on how good or bad they deal with you when things go wrong. I ordered a toy from Brightminds but they sent me the wrong order. I contacted customer services, I got an immediate response with an apology and received my correct item a few days later, now that's what I call good customer service. I will definitely shop there again.

A grateful customer
The service given by this company has been exemplary. My order was for my grandson’s birthday. It didn’t arrive when expected. On checking the tracking it is stuck in a loop between Scotland and Cornwall. I explained what was happening to Brightminds. They very kindly replaced my gift and sent it direct to my grandson. Happily it arrived the next day on his birthday. Free of charge. If the original turns up here I will return it to them. A very grateful customer.
