Invoicing for work not done
I stopped using the Company over six months ago and they are still invoicing me for work they haven't done. Have contacted them on a number of occasions but they have ignored me

RUBBISH SERVICE! AVOID!!!
We hired 'The Brighton Cleaning Company' for an end of tenancy cleaning for our flat. We paid £68 and they guaranteed that we would get all of our deposit back, however when the check out inspection was received the flat was found to be dusty and dirty. We have now been charged from our deposit for another £54 worth of cleaning.
The only reason we hired a company to clean the flat was so that we would keep all of our deposit. This has not happened. I have contacted 'The Brighton Cleaning Company' about 8 times (3 phonecalls and 5 emails) I have been told that I will be called back but heard nothing, also nothing heard back from the emails!
This company need to stand by their service and sort of their customer service. Terrible. Would stay away.
