Sadly can't recommend. Reviews citing awful, rude and narcissistic comms from the lady that runs this company are sadly true. Talked to like a child, lol. Steer clear - plenty of other companies to work with who are courteous and professional.

Very bad when you don’t get paid, lady is so rude, then when she is pulled up on how rude she is ! She gaslights with the same come back, time is money and apparently when you do researches for her company please do not be so rude as expect to be paid for your valuable time! False aggressive women. She actually insulted me multiple times In saying I shouldn’t be holding out for my payment as apparently every one does this for free! Of course if your are applying for researches you are looking to be paid ! Payment two weeks late, one month after researching advertising for pets ! Anyone employing this company should know she holds back payments making it hard for you to communicate with anyone but her! Very rude aggressive woman! Her final slur was to remove me from her list 😂 like I want to spend hours of my day doing research for a company unwilling to honour their payment. It’s poor really poor

I think this was either a total waste of my time or maybe the recruiter I spoke to needs more training, especially in the way of courtesy and respect for potential patients' inquiries.I believe through my past medical records, MRI's, medical procedures, and the described pain I'm currently feeling and have felt in the past that I am a perfect candidate for your lumbar disc herniation study. However, due to the aforementioned communication with one of your recruiters, I may just miss out on this opportunity for a successful study for you and possibly a great method of treatment for my medical condition.

Disgusting company, will do anything to get you booked in for a session but the second anything doesn’t go smoothly they remove any incentive. I had a session yesterday, spent over an hour in a zoom call to be contacted the next day and say my answers couldn’t be accepted and that I’m being black listed. Company is shambles, the owe me £75 which I’ll never get, the woman in charge of the calls acts like she’s gods grace to the earth telling me how it affects her but doesn’t care in the slightest how it affects me. Dog sh** company with a terrible attitude and terrible work ethic. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible experience! Lying that the moderator has got COVID because she forgot to include me in the research!
I was called to participate in the research, got confirmed. I never received Zoom log in, and when contacted a client for this, got told off by Bright Research employee. After a while, I got sent a link. After a few minutes, I get an email saying they the moderator just got tested positive for COVID-19, so the research is cancelled...
Funny enough, when I logged in to the Zoom link later on... The research was going ahead! How on earth could you joke/lie about this kind of thing? Disgusting.
In fact, I'm not surprised - the communication over the phone and emails was really unprofessional all the time!
Please avoid this company.

Abhorrent, shocking behaviour from the director. My brother was booked in for market research through Bright Research, however was involved in an accident on his way there that required a visit to A&E and 4 hours of surgery (required a full thickness skin graft and two blood transfusions). I contacted the organisation an hour before his appointment on his behalf (as he was incapacitated at the time), only to get an aggressive reply the following day about how they will now not get paid for his non-attendance (they completely ignored the fact that they were told it was a medical emergency). When I told him about their reply, he asked me to message them and ask for his profile to be deleted as he did not wish to do business with such a calloused and cold-hearted company, and he got a one line reply saying "I already did this last week". So, the consequence of him being involved in an accident was not one of compassion, but rather punishment. Bright Research is run by a TERRIBLE woman with no sense of empathy and humanity, despite pretending to be a good person through her online presence.
