Incorrect item received - seller rejected return request

I ordered a bottle of Hugo Boss mens EDT via Tesco Market place. This seller instead sent me a bottle of CK One. After ignoring my initial messages, they finally rejected my response and sent confirmation from Royal Mail that the item had been delivered.

Have had to raise dispute with credit card provider. Terrible seller (and poor on Tesco for working with them)

I got trainers of temu it goes on a message service linked to temu saying theft dont sell trainers wow robbing people denying they sell somat when I clearly did stay well away scammers

Bought some Estee Lauder youth dew perfume from Groupon with this company which is supposed to last. Absolute rubbish doesn't last at all. Spend a bit more to get the proper stuff.

I bought perfume £34 from Temu and the packaging was very questionable it was packed in a Duracell box inside was white and brown papers as though they had been picked from the bin when requested a refund it was denied I have not even sprayed or used the perfume
It’s the wrapping that has made me question the genuinity of the content in the bottle

This mutant is selling on Temu, using fake company registration, vat and tax numbers and still selling water as perfume and aftershave. He's also calling himself brightretail but when you dig further, he's using a fone company as his business name.. total scammer through and through

Garbage boss product , no smell and packaging is nothing like genuine product, bought through Temu with no return allowed so I would steer well clear of this company

Bright retail trading as brightfone limited on TEMU.....They advertised a picture of montblanc aftershave on Temu with 100ml clearly showing on their phot of the product, but only received 60ml. I contacted them and had no customer care from them whatsoever. Depending on what temu do I will attempt to get a full refund, I did request a percentage back 40% less aftershave should equal 40% refund, I don't think that is unreasonable but they refused any refund. I will report to Trading Standards as their advert was misleading. TRUSTPILOT PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE AS THIS IS A GENUINE REPORT.

I have never received an item so well packed. 10/10. Highly recommend this company

Ordered and paid for a CK2 gift set. Order remained as 'processing' for weeks. I left messages on their answerphone and via their website with no response. I went through Paypal for a refund. They still ignored my messages even through Paypal. Eventually Paypal ruled in my favour and I have my refund. Very disappointed with this company and I will never use again.

Was a little nervous about ordering as the products were so low priced but absolutely perfect service, product well packaged and arrived safely. Will definately order from again.
