An absolute shambles of a company. I've been renewing my business insurance with the company for two years in a row. Every year, we pay our insurance in one lump sum once the quote has come through due to us not paying interest.

This year I received my renewal quote and inquired as to why it had increased by more than 35%, only to be told that it was due to living costs.

I then replied within the timeframe to confirm that we would still go ahead with renewing the policy. According to the advisor (Mohammed), he extended it from April 23, 2023, to May 3, 2023; however, he cancelled it with the insurance company on May 5, 2023, due to him being unaware that I had actually requested a renewal from the email his colleague (Molly) sent me on his behalf. He further requested proof from us that I requested the extension, which we provided

There was never a request for payment by a specific date; instead, we received an email telling us to let them know of our decision by April 22, 2023, which is what we did. When the advisor (Mohammed) contacted us for payment, we advised him that payment would be made within the next 3 days, which we did, only to be informed that the policy had lapsed. He then proceeded to provide us with a new quote, which was double the last year's premium.

Kept up to date with policy expiry date. Easy renewal. Great service. Thankyou

Fast service, staff had great knowledge of products

Ripped me off on a premium which they said they would reduce once I confirmed no claims which I did but wouldn't once reduce i'd proved them wrong . . I had to ask for a copy of the recorded call to take it futher which they said would take months.
Avoid this cowboy company

All ok until you actually need to use the insurance.
No reply to emails, waiting 45mins a time to get through on the phone.
Each time yeh call is answered I get the same reply. That payment will be made in 5-7 working days. So far it’s been 5 weeks chasing payment and 3 months since the claim was placed.
Promised a call back from management and didn’t get one.
Emailed complaints department who say they can’t now even find my claim.
Save you money, your time and your stress. Use a different insurer

They transfer calls to a company no one answers calls left unaware of what's going on no phone lines open.

They themselves are good

As a small business owner, I had a certain amount of time to complete paperwork n jobs this morning. Andy Davey stood out of the many calls I've made this morning and is a credit to this business!
Efficient, clear voice, sounded like he actually wanted to be doing his job (unlike several others I spoke to!), clear as in he explained everything and talked me through what he was doing...well done this man! Like so many other, I just wanted to speak to a human this morning...not a recording or chat online and a very professional, friendly human is what I got! 5***** service x

THE No.1 insurance providers strike again!

Max Marshall a senior broker within the group dealt with our insurance policy over the past few weeks.

Max went above and beyond his duty to ensure we got A. The right cover B. The right price!

Having dealt with multiple brokers prior and having something that needed insuring which was a uncommon business.

Max took his time spent almost 5 hours on the phone to get all neccacery information.

The insurance were overwhelmed with the extent of the detailed proposal and in turn offered me terms i am happy with very quickly.

Worst thing was another broker had infact proposed this to the exact same insurer prior and been rejected.

Max, as i said to you talking to you earlier your a credit to your company and if all brokers operated with such enthusiasm and dedication id of had a much more pleasureable experience to start with.....

Never ever again will i look elsewhere for insurance!!!!
