BrightSpark offer poor customer service. They sell items that are not stocked and in my case they didn't contact me to inform me, just took my money and sent me a 'your item has been dispatched' email. Only sometime later when I later enquired about the whereabouts of my heater they decided to tell me it was out of stock. Not good when you are waiting for a heater in cold weather. Poor service and no genuine apology for their shortfall.
