Really good service no issues

Website was easy to navigate. Items arrived all the way to Australia quickly and safely. Packaged well.

The tubes arrived great and sound good in my amp.
However, there are problems with the user experience, as the information on the product web page is outdated and the online shopping mechanism is not systematized.

I was a little skeptical at first the tubes would be just another hasty average rebrand. It was very clear once I opened the shipment these looked and felt very good!
Can anyone really get this excited and nostalgic about a valve? You sure can when the initial presentation is this good!
The quality and feel of the sleeves felt and looked great. I had a little waxy momentary flashback to my early TV days of PCF802’s and PL509’s
The quality of the glass and pins was superb! Far superior than the “Dross” that TAD calls their “premium brand”
My selection of EL34 EL84 and 12AX7 were all presented to the same very high standard.
The quality of the tubes during testing was equally as high. There is a lot of “junk” out there as all the real techs know, so we put all our purchases through multiple tests to ensure:
1. Quality and confidence in using the tube for our customer’s repairs.
2. Ensure the results are not skewed for one test.
3. We actually got what we paid for.
We are pretty fussy and like to quantify all results. Our testers are Tsakiridis Devices, Maxi Matcher and Westmore 3444.
All tubes tested extremely well and the quads were very closely matched!

Valves arrived in perfect condition. It is great that Brimar are once again making valves. Maybe they will make some ECC807's which I believe are now very rare and expensive.

An easy & quick transaction
I chose the valves I required, which were in short supply due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine & they arrived within a few days.
My amp once again sounds thunderous!

Ordered a couple of 12AX7s for my JMP 2104. Emailed just over an hour later to say they'd been despatched. Well packed,very reasonably priced, and most importantly, sound great. Will happily use again.

From order online & delivered to my place in Hong Kong, it took only 9 days inclusive which is excellent.
The tube (6SN7) is of good quality and was solidly constructed but the design is different from Brimar NOS 6SN7.
Also the tube did not have any packing prior inserted into individual box and the marking on one of the tube is off centre. It might be a minor detail but I consider Brimar being a premium tube supplier.
Also looking forward to try the new version of TP-300B when it is available.
Many thanks as constructing a good quality tube is an extremely hard job. Much appreciate to all those personnel devote their passion in the tube business.

Ordered a quad of KT88 and ECC82 for my Primaluna Amplifier. They arrived quickly and beautifully packaged in waxed paper etc. Whilst Brimar are outsourcing their tubes at the moment to support future UK manufacturing, they are all matched well, at a good price and sound good too

Put the valve on my amp the compression has increased, lots pf clarity on the high end and deep bass. I will order again
