Helpful staff, no car complaints

Everyone we dealt with were great. Brandon made the process easy and was patient and understanding. Great service all round. Would recommend dealing with Brindley Mazda.

I am due to change my motability car shortly so I contacted Kia Brindley, wton for a test drive of the EV3. I had an automated response saying they would be in touch. I had nothing further, so we went to look in the showroom today. 1 disabled bay only and that had a car for sale on it. Then, not enough room in the showroom to get round the car in the wheelchair! We gave up then and decided to go to see the MGs instead at a local sales room- i was not impressed as you can imagine!

You always get excellent service at Kia at Tipton customer service is fantastic, the guys who service and repair the vehicles are very helpful if you have a problem. Tim on sales knows his job he's brilliant as well they all are who work there well done you guys and Mel.

I bought a car from Brindley Group Genesis in Cannock. I was dealt with by a very professional sales consultant by the name of Ajay Suman. Ajay, was polite, thorough and very engaging without being overbearing. From the initial point of contact, vehicle demonstration, purchase transaction and including a quality handover the experience was faultless. My purchase experience was first class .

Avoid at all cost, liar and fraudsters, sell you a foulty car and not answared the Phone do not try fix the just piss on you

I'd suggest Brindley Hyundai Cannock to a friend because John made the purchase very easy. Times were arranged to suit me and it was just all very smooth. I had a question the next day and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I felt looked after and have no doubt that they will be just as helpful in the future.

We visited Kia Wolverhampton as we seen a car on their website which we wanted to view. The sales Executive (Jacob) allowed us to have a look around and test drive. We agreed to purchase and traded in our car which we got a really good valuation for. During handover, we were explained everything and no amount of questions was too much for Jacob. Brilliant service and would definitely recommend.

Car went into the service department for second time re battery issue , a courtesy car was supplied each times at MG wolverhampton.after various checks the battery was changed for a new one , great after sales given and great communication from the service team .

The price of the CX30 I purchased was considered to be competitively priced and came with Brindley Mazda's full service history and full 12 months warranty. The sales executive, Brandon Watkinson, managed the purchase very professionally throughout.

I was very pleased with my experience at Brindley Cannock. The site is very clean and tidy, the cars on display are well presented. I was greeted by Ellis from the sales team, he was knowledgeable no pressure sales, left me to look over the car at leisure and arranged a test drive. I then bought the car. Great experience.

Thank-you to Brindley Kia West Bromwich and especially Mel, the Service advisor, for making my visit a breeze. I had a problem where the re-gen exhaust warning was on. I tried to clear it myself by following the instructions in the manual to no avail. So rather than spending time and money driving up and down the motorway i decided to seek professional help. I spoke to Mel , who explained everything to me with regards to what I could do myself. There was no pressure to get me to part with my money. Mel also said that it could be done in-house but was not a warranty covered item. She explained what the procedure was and how much, but left it to me to decide with no pressure.
I decided to have the re-gen looked at by Brindley. Mel was efficient with the booking date and provided me with a courtesy car . Mel kept me informed of the status of the work. She also let me know that my brakes were very low and that as the car was on the ramp they could do the work there and then. All in all, the turn around was about 4 hours and I knew exactly what was being done and when it would be ready.
I will definitely be returning to Brindley Kia when I need advice and any of their services. Well done to Mel for making my first visit to a Brindley Kia easy , clear and smooth. Mel is a credit and asset to the business. Thank-you

Great experience dealing with this dealership. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't have done more to help. My only gripe would be that they could improve their valeting team a little bit. There are a number of spots missed in the car that made the experience a little deflating when collecting the car.
