Suzy has been a great help in finding a new apartment. Great service from Graeme and James of Brinkleys in Putney with selling my flat. In a very short space of time there were a number of viewings all from people whose needs matched the flat and the area it was located in. Excellent communication after viewings, during the negotiation period and really helped in getting a fair completion date agreed. As someone who was very keen to sell Brinkleys had a proactive approach that I very much appreciated and were responsive when I did reach out. Their low fee is another win!

I sold my flat with Brinkleys (Wimbledon Park) and it was the best choice I made. After an initial list with Purple Bricks that didn’t generate enough interest, I switched to Brinkleys and it sold within a week. Graeme Gordon was an expert and my only regret is that I didn’t go to them earlier!
