New to these guys, as I was let down, elsewhere.
But a nice surprise was coming. I have now placed two orders, both arrived from order to door within 23 hours. With free delivery!
Because I was new, they included a tea bag with their free fab catalogue. A lovely touch. A little freebie as well. They actually produce a lot of the food they sell.
Really pleased I found them.

Honestly what a great little company this is.
We buy our guinea pig food from them and the piggies love it.
We always get a free gift and a personalised letter which is a nice touch.
Amazing value on the piggy food which last several months.

I would highly recommend them.

I see bad reviews for their choice of courier, but if they used Yodel, people would moan, if they used Evri people would moan and so on. Unfortunately, the state of this countries delivery systems leaves a lot to be desired, but I have only positives to say about Brinvale.

Why waste money on revamping the website? The quantity has gone down from 25 kg to 20 kg but they are charging the same price. It is good quality bird food but that is quite a hike - do all companies think we don't notice?!

I use to buy bird suet pellets from Wilko but they no longer deliver the 12.5kg boxes. I then found Brinvale on Google and ordered the 10kg mixed suet pellets. Wow, the quality is superb and my birds go crazy for them. Purchased at 8pm and got the suet the next day before lunchtime. I am very impressed with their high quality bird food, and will keep purchasing from them from now on

Unclear ingredients in their own brand swan pellets - the one showing on their website (has no added minerals and vitamins) differs from further email inquiry (with added minerals and vitamins) . The discrepancies have not been clarified after a month.

Great company with so much food choice that's helpful for the birds, and I was especially pleased to see that they do a dog-friendly version of winter food for birds. Two of my dogs are absolute hoovers, so it's good to know that I don't have to worry about them becoming ill from eating bird food that I put down for our feathered friends.

I bought sunflower seeds. The price seemed fair and after ordering on Friday morning the seeds were delivered at Saturday lunchtime with a one hour time slot by DPD. Perfect!

All good. Website easy to navigate, orders straightforward to place & pay for & delivery excellent (ordered pm Friday delivered Saturday).

Excellent all round. Easy to order, quick delivery, packed well, good quality and a fair price. The cockatiel mix was superb with very little safflower seeds which our birds hate.

It was a nice touch giving us a teabag and a free sample of food. Our parakeets loved it!

I had a shuftie on google for garden grit. I stumbled upon Brinvale Bird Foods. I'm as passionate about gardening as I am about birds. Oystershell grit, though ostensibly sold by Brinvale for the betterment of birds' diets, makes a fantastic soil conditioner too. I found the whole process very simple. The company's communication throughout was brilliant; I was advised of every step along the way. As a reward for having made a purchase, I received (as does every customer) a free sample (mine was bird mix; it changes each month) and a much needed free cuppa.
Great quality and range of products. UK based company. Sound, green credentials. What's not to like? The garden birds'll be over the moon, as will my potted plants once their drainage is enhanced.

I've been using this company for bird food over the last few months. The quality of bird food is fabulous. I feed a wide variety of local birds which love the various foods. Delivery is super fast. They add a wee free sample in with your order. I've now found my bird food supplier! Can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Brinvale x

What an amazing company! My first order, arrived in no time, packaged with so much care, and so personal, it really made me feel i mattered, it wasnt a large order, but all the same, the same amount of care and attention as if it had been, i will def be shopping with this company again, thank you Brinvale

I resumed using Brinvale again for my wild bird food this last winter. The bulk prices are comparable to some other suppliers, however, the quality and Brinvale customer service is exemplary. If I order before noon my birds are feasting again at lunchtime the next working day.
An additional benefit is that Brinvale always add a small free packet of alternative bird food to my bulk order. This freebie I always donate to the birds at my local nature reserve along with some of my regular supplies.
I am sure that the local bird population hereabouts would like to join me in offering thanks to those at Brinvale.

First order but if this is the quality of the product and the delivery, it wont be the last.
Unlike some others experiences, we have an excellent DPD service here, we are pretty remote, but have never had a problem with DPD. I bought straight seed as i like to mix my own according to season and the birds needs, and its lovely, clean stuff, no chaff or admixture that i can see. Excellent.

Great service from Brinvale once again, always an excellent choice and at a reasonable price. Very well packaged and Delivered by DPD before lunch on the next day. Very happy customer and also the budgies love their food.

I have used this rather expensive company for the past year & was due a delivery today! Didn’t arrive!!! This is the third time this has happened now as Brinvale insist on using DPD a second rate delivery company! They see my house is behind a hedge & send me notification that I was out! I’m disabled & in 24/7 not only that but they have instructions to leave at my front door! Never again! Absolutely disgusting! I would strongly suggest people find an alternative!!!

I get duck and swan pellets and wild bird seed from Brinvale. Really good quality and excellent price. As for delivery? Super Quick. Next day even if I order in the afternoon. Highly recommend

I have ordered from Brinvale for a number of years now and it amazes how fast their delivery is, even mid-December my order was delivered next day!
But most importantly our birds in the garden love Brinvale's bird food, even more than some of the stuff you can buy from a well-known garden centre.

I would definitely recommend this bird seed supplier.
