Complete scam - avoid at all costs.
Charged twice for the same work with 0 due diligence and slow communication.
After requesting a review for two properties in the same complex I was charged separately for each. However, the subsequent reviews are identical.
The comparative rental properties that were found in their cursory search are also more than 50 years older than mine and in significantly distant postcodes.
This review was requested for the purpose of negotiating an increase to rent via DHA - after conducting the review of the first property they were content to take my money rather than identify the second one would receive a similar outcome and not conduct it / offer a refund; especially considering they just used the same poor analysis twice rather than any actual differentiation.
