I bought a car from this company and…

I bought a car from this company and felt it was a no pressure sell and I am very happy with the service I received. I was recommended by a family member who also was very happy with there purchase. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking to buy a car

Typical Shady Dealer - Refused to accept rejection after multiple serious issues

I bought a BMW 325i (LT03 UFL) from this dealer. Within days, I noticed a missing rear seat belt (I checked under the seats, and it wasn’t there), the car went into limp mode, and a few days later it wouldn’t start. I rejected the vehicle, but the dealer did not respond to my solicitor’s letter and even threatened storage fees that were never agreed. The car also leaked oil on my drive, the reverse sensors didn’t work, and a window trim piece (which I knew about at the time of sale) is very difficult to source.

The process was extremely stressful. I strongly advise anyone buying from this dealer to be cautious, keep all communication in writing, and document any issues immediately for your own protection.

I did, after over a month and issuing a court claim, get the majority of my money back.
