Ordered several times over many years from this company. High quality products and some 'hard to find' international herbs.
Items are sometimes not dispatched as promptly as you might hope for but products like tinctures are made to order.
Also they (03/2026) have a notice of 5-10 day dispatch delay.

If you have reservations about ordering from this site because the site looks like it's from 2001 - you're right. The service level is from 2001 as well. No movement on an order for 10 days.
Do they hold stock? Who knows, all I know is they will take your money instantly.
Avoid using this site. Your intuition is right just looking at this site you can see it's just not up to modern standards so who knows what's going on in the background. Do they apply the same standards to creating their products? If so, I'd not use any of them as clearly standards are so low at this company I shudder to think the quality I'd receive, especially on medicinal stuff!
