I would give 0 star to these people with their horrible service. They bleached a black carpet to white and promised a guaranteed cleaning service. They left the property in such a horrible condition and blocked my husband’s number. Very unprofessional. I have taken pictures and our cctv has got their faces and the scene they left the bleach on the floor to damage the carpet in corridors. I am filing a complaint against these guys as I do not tolerate this amount of unprofessionalism. Very reassuring at the beginning but very rude once they get the money.

ZERO Star! I used the end tenancy cleaning service from them. They guaranteed to get your deposit back from estate agency. But my 160 pounds has to be deducted because of their poor cleaning. A chance to redo their work was offered by estate agency and appointment made. however they are not appeared. NOT PROFESSIONAL! NOT RELIABLE! NOT RECOMMENDED.

LEFT THE PLACE DIRTY AND EVEN SCRATCHED THE FLOOR. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH THE JOBS THEY SHOULDVE DONE (CLEANING THE WINDOWS, THE WASHING MACHING, FRIDGE, BATHOOM PROPERLY). I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A 3 DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD WHICH THEY DID NOT TURN UP FOR. AFTER THIS THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND WONT PICK UP THE PHONE OR REPLY TO TEXTS/EMAILS. I HAD CHECKED REVIEWS BUT THERE WAS ONLY REVIEWS FOR britishcleannigservices and I assumed it was them, after seeing the comments on there it definitely isn't the same company.

Absolutely shocking service. The clean was to a very poor standard leaving surfaces dirty, cobwebs and dust everywhere! The washing machine was full of grime. Pictures sent and now they are ignoring all my calls and emails. I have taken legal advice and will be pursuing through the small claims court. Absoloutely shocking service! AVOID at all costs!!!!

Disgusting services, their Manager Sam doubled the price after looking at the property which was not in a semi decent condition. It was the last day of my tenancy and I needed the certificate. He knew it and robbed me off, literally had to pay double the money. On top of that, he was shouting at the top of his voice, creating a scene in my place. Cleaning was decent but I literally felt robbed as I had no other options.
They price you without requesting pics of the property and then come to the property on D day and double the rate, with an excuse that they need an extra person to clean.
Sam's behaviour is pathetic and inhuman.

I know, like all other negative comments about this company, the owner will rubbish this review as a fake comments but even he knows that this has been done as he is the one from whom Sam took instructions

Bad service. Changed the price when they arrived and wanted payment up front. As we needed the clean we paid. They did not do what they promised and actually scratched paint off the bathroom wall. When reported to them there has been limited contact and now no answer. Formal complaint not responded to. Avoid.

Terrible service
Late arriving, Did very poor job - asked for end tenancy clean of a small studio and shampoo carpet. Failed to move sofa, or clean behind white goods or on top of cupboards or under curtains. I kept pointing out things that needed cleaning but operatives keen to leave. They did not work for the hours quoted. Slopping dirty water across a wood laminate floor will not clean it. Main concern was when they would be paid. Cheap but not worth any money.
Rude and unhelpful when I called (put the phone down) failed to reply to email complaint.
Avoid
