Waste of time. Having sent them an enquiry and hearing nothing back from them. I got in touch to check they had received my information ok. I was informed that the e-mail i sent it to was incorrectas he did not have access to that particular address. I was asked me to send them the information to another address which i did. They quickly got back to me saying they could not offer a service. They should update their website to reflect there reduced capability. Very disappointing!

I'm sure this company are delightful to deal with when one goes to the shop. On their website, however, it's a different story. They promise to get back to you with a decision as to their interest in any fireplace you may have to sell within 24 hours. I sent them photographs, details and dimensions several days ago and all I've received is an abrupt "is it still attached to the wall?" and nothing since. No expression of interest, no valuation, no nothing, despite sending them another e-mail reminding them that I needed a prompt response because of the imminent demolition of the property involved. I'm guessing they're playing a game I have no interest in going along with, so I have gone elsewhere.
