This was the first time that I had dealt with Britannia and it wont be the last. Everything was spot on except I really needed a sample sent to a different address than the bulk order and that apparently wasn't possible. Other than that perfect.

From the first quote to delivery britania were helpful and always replied to any queries either via phone or email. They took our idea and turned it into a product that we are more than happy with. They promised a fast production and delivery but we were happily surprised to find the wristbands came three days early and our fan base have loved them, which is the most important thing. So from all of us at The Loved and Lost, you will be hearing from us soon for our next batch.

A bit complicated to sort initially but service is good

The wristbands looked great and were delivered in time for the event.

The agency I was working with said it wouldn't be possible to get hold of the slap bands i needed in time for my campaign at the end of November, but Steve and the team from Brittania Promotions made it happen! And the event would not have been the same without them... so thank you to Steve for the professionality and very quick turnaround... I very much recommend them as a company....

A friend of mine ordered silicone wristbands, it was just a case of the company contacting me so I could order some too. Although this took a while, once things were in motion I was very pleased. My order was taken over the phone and customer service was fab!! Everything was explained clearly and an invoice was sent out straight away. Just waiting for delivery, which is taking a while due to DHL being complete numpties.
