It was great to have some samples sent prior to ordering without any hassle or need to pay upfront so I could ensure the size was correct.

I needed some wristbands making with printing on them, I sent an original to Britannia promotion for them to copy and the bands I got sent wasn't the same printing on them, the printing was 1/3 smaller. I emailed Britannia promotions and was told I would have to make a new order and re-pay for some new bands, so now I have 400 bands which are no good. This is not a way to run a business and the customer service isn't very good at all, Beware when ordering.

Purchased the multi colour wristband for the local Pride Event. The ordering process was easy due to the well laid out website. Communication with Britannia was fast which meant the delivery was met by the quick deadline that was set. The product was of an excellent quality. Use Britannia regualrly and always recieve excellent service and goods.

I am organizing some fundraising for charity and for that purpose ordered some wristbands and lanyards.
They were amazingly patient and helpful with designing the products for me as we had to change to layout a couple of times before reaching the final result.
Products are of decent quality although a couple of them had a small splodge/smear from the production line.
I would definitely use them again another time.

We used Britannia Promotion to provide charity wristbands for our 20th birthday event and were very pleased with the service. We contacted them as a last minute idea a couple of weeks before the event - they replied promptly, with clear deadlines to receive the goods on time. The design work was excellent, following our brief perfectly and even tracking down our font so that the bands match our branding. Delivery was perfectly on time. All in all, a fantastic service - really pleased, would recommend and would definitely use this company again.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. There were a few typos in my name and address and we had to edit the artwork once; but the process worked well and I received my lanyards, to specification and on time. I would use Britannia again.

Great experience throughout, Steve is very helpful and knowledgeable. You feel like they want to sell you the best product for you, not the biggest order quantity possible.
