Guttering, Soffits and Fascias - Great Job!
We had previously bought double glazing from Britelite and were so impressed by the quality of their product, the customer service and installation that we chose them to install new guttering, soffits and fascias.
The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and we are delighted with the work. The Britelite staff are really personable and nothing was too much trouble. We will look to them if and when we need any more work done

Brilliant replacement windows
Had our windows replaced. It was a very competitive price and the installers (Lambi and a colleague) were professional, hard working, explained the operation of the windows on completion, and cleaned up after themselves. There were two snags that needed resolving (one wrong and one missing part, from the factory), which meant the job wasn't finished for a further week, but Lambi sorted everything in the end. And once installed, the windows look very good! So top marks for the installers and a couple of things for Britelite to consider to make their product even better!

Highly professional and personable
Highly professional and personable. Geoff and Liam were easy to talk to and completed the install (3 windows and the front door) within 4 hours. No mess was left. Other than a slight issue with incorrect door panels, which is expected to be corrected very soon, it all went smoothly.

From start to finish Britelite provided an excellent service.
Connor was honest and approachable when he came to quote on the work. He provided us with options and recommended the best ones based on both price and aesthetics.
I really appreciated he didn't try to hard sell. We had several other companies quote all of whom gave high quotes only to call a few days later with a much lower quote. Britelite was the best quote we received and their price didn't change while we made our decision.
We were kept up to date with delivery and installation times.
On the day of installation I received a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They worked efficiently and completed the work in less than half a day.
They left the area as clean and tidy.
