Poor service poor infrastructure
British Fibre have an exclusive contract to provide digital infrastructure to our new build neighbourhood. The oldest houses are a year old and have always have horrible internet access. The infrastructure itself is poorly implemented and BF rarely responds to tickets or calls. The ISP at our home is also unable to get British Fibre to respond. They (the ISP) have been forced to threaten legal action to get any response. BF really just does not care about customers as they are one layer removed.
If you have an option - do NOT use BF. This can be difficult to ascertain as they are not your ISP. They are the backbone infrastructure that your ISP uses. Do your research and avoid them if possible.
