Ordered a Gymano power rack from this company and unfortunately one of the parts were missing. Just as the previous reviews trying to contact the company either by phone or email was virtually impossible. Finally after 3 weeks I've received the missing part of the power rack. In conclusion they do have decent products but if you are unlucky enough to have an issue with it good luck trying to speak to someone regarding it.

This maybe a bit premature but I placed an order for a squat rack 25/7/17 6pm, had confirmation of order (which I suspect is automated anyway) it states that another email with the delivery tracking number will follow when item is sent out but nothing as yet.

Should of arrived 27/7/17, tried contacting them, no answer, left 2 voicemail messages, phoned them over 30 times, emailed them twice and still nothing.

Luckily I paid through PayPal so will open a dispute, but no doubt I'll have to wait 14 days or something.

Is this company still running?

Much as I prefer to give smaller companies the benefit of the doubt, especially given the difficulty of competing against the domination of the larger organisations, I feel that I need to voice my frustrations on this occasion.

I ordered £600 worth of gym equipment from British Fitness, which qualified for next day delivery, which would have been Monday this week. However, I specifically elected for delivery on the later date of Thursday this week, so that I could be at home, and confirmed this with them over the phone.

Well, after taking the day off to be at home, as I had also scheduled deliveries from other companies for Thursday, nothing arrived. As the day progressed, and my concerns grew, I repeatedly tried calling and emailing British Fitness, but to no answer and no reply. The phone simply goes dead with no voicemail functionality.

Today is following the same path, as I simply can't get a response over the phone or on email.

I will update this review with future progress.
