100% scam
I had some difficulty uploading my prescription. The On-Line chat seemed like a solution. But they asked me for personal info and passwords.
They insisted I "trust" them.
They attempted access to my PayPal account & wanted the CODE which was sent to my phone.
This is a SCAM 100%
A look at the positive reviews reflects (to me) they're self-made. This firm is not affiliated with Goggles4U, but (IMO) wish to appear so.
Avoid these people!

Seems like a scam. Nothing sent and no contact. They don't reply to emails or calls. Actually put phone down on me when they finally answered. Reported to Policy and Trading Standards. AVOID!

10wks after ordering and still no glasses, totally unacceptable
No customer service at all, My phone calls, emails & texts to this company have all been ignored. I have opened a case through PayPal now to get a refund.
So save yourself the grief and do not order from this company
