British Land Rover Parts Belgium

Ho acquistato, in data 30/12/2024, sulla piattaforma on-line di e-comerce di questa azienda, con ordine n. #47621, un articolo necessario per il restauro della mia Land Rover Serie 3. Sono trascorsi ben 22 giorni e non ho, ancora oggi, ricevuto quanto acquistato e pagato. L'azienda scarica la responsabilità sul corriere (DPD) asserendo che il pacco a loro consegnato è andato disperso. Il corriere DPD si avvale della BRT (Bartolini) per le consegne sul territorio italiano e quest'ultima, contattata attraverso il servizio clienti asserisce che dal mittente è partita soltanto la tracciatura informatica e non anche l'articolo da me acquistato.
Non so di chi sia realmente la colpa della mancata consegna ma sta di fatto che l'articolo da me acquistato 22 giorni addietro non è stato ancora consegnato. Pessima esperienza.
Giorno 21/01/2025: Apprendo oggi, dal servizio clienti della BRT che il pacco è partito in data 17 gennaio e che è in transito. Speriamo bene.
