I had two pairs of boots resoled by a local repairer, both pairs cracked on the soles as soon as i put them on.
Found a few shoe repair companies, so i sent pictures if the boots and all came back saying unrepairable only fit for the bin!
I love my boots so was determined to find another shoe repair company!
I found The British Shoe Company! All i can say is they said they can resole etc! I sent them off they kept me in the picture all along!
Just received the boots back today and all i can say is what a fantastically wonderful job they have done! My boots are like new!

Received a slightly damaged pair so reordered a different pair . They were also damaged with a scratch and bare corner. This makes me suspicious that this company is selling seconds at full price?
I’ve never received faulty shoes from online purchases before. I have emailed 4 times with photos. Not heard anything from them as yet. Shoes that cost £250 should be arriving in perfect condition and there should be a prompt response if you want further business . Makes me proud to be British!

Be prepared to get bombarded with text messages that you cannot unsubscribe from, report or block as the senders number is withheld. I've repeatedly requested they remove my details but they seem to ignore this.
