Really great service

I used Britmove for the first time in March 2024 for my move. They were amazing, professional and got the job done in no time with all the stress removed. From booking the service to the movers on the day, everything ran smoothly.

I have been asked to discuss further with you about my review. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DRESSING table to returned.

I had placed an email about the poor service we had from this company. I then amended my email after 2 men helped move all the boxes into the correct area.

They couldn’t repair my mirror or wardrobe on the day but after 4 weeks we still have not been contacted regards this items.

I have now had my mirror returned repaired but I cut my finger on 2 nails sticking out. But. I hint we will just accept the matter is resolved. My wardrobe has also been repaired which I am happy about.

Fantastic service, arrived at 7am and completed moving everything for 11:30am! Handled everything with care, placed everything where we wanted and fixed our bed that had been put together incorrectly! Definitely recommend Britmove for moving goods!

Excellent from start to finish. Great communication and the removal chaps were super fast and hardworking. Packaging compared to other firms more premium too. 10/10

Arrived on time, and straight into packing WOW. Can confirm every thing was wrapped & packed very well.
The two guys just got on with it whilst we just drank our coffee. Absolutely not one damaged piece.

We recently moved houses this weekend and Britmove team were very professional. Costell, Christian an Marco did a remarkable job. We have moved to a brand new house and they made sure that they don’t chip the wall or spoil the carpets anywhere. They did good job in dismantling and assembling of furniture and were quite quick as well. We would highly recommend them. Also at a reasonable price as compared to others in the market. Job well done!

The guys arrived on time, and were very amiable, considering I was surviving on about 2 hours sleep, as had been on late shift at work, the night before, so that was very pleasant.
They even helped unscrew the TV which was still on the wall, as I have spinal problems and was unable to detach it.
Our long distance move went without a hitch, and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Britmove were fantastic throughout my move. By consulting via a video call, they were able to give an accurate quote and I was confident that my needs were understood. The team were incredibly helpful when my moving date changed, communicating quickly throughout. On the day itself, the movers were cheerful and polite, with a great can do attitude.
