At this practice, its a mess. To start, you cant get an appointment even for children and never mind appointment you cant even get a prescription. I had to go through 111 to get steroid cream for my daughter 2 or 3 weeks ago. I had to ring dermatology to book my appointment because nothing gets done at this practice. Last straw was today. l ordered two creams on Friday for my daughter and was told to ring Broadway pharmacy by the end of the day which l did and wasnt there so as saturday. I rang again Monday in the morning and same story to ring Pharmacy after 4pm. l went in person today at the pharmacy and there was only one item a washing lotion. i went into the GP only to be told they have qurried the other steroid and asked how am l supposed to know if l didnt come. What a stupid excuse l was given it could be a system problem. l asked what is the problem with the system and the receptionist cant explain the problem and said she can only will email the GP to treat it as an emergency. The cream has both steroid and antibiotic for 3 weeks thats why l was desperate for my daughters medication. The other problem is now you cant order prescription online and when you ring at 8am, you will be on like number 19 and when you get into the surgery no one will be on the phone thats why l am saying the system is in a mess. Anyone trying to join this GP practice please do yourself a favour and join somewhere else otherwise you will have depression before you get seen.

I rang the surgery today at 7:55am but the line was closed, I continued ringing until I got through I was number 9 in the queue, by the time when I get to speak to receptionist to book a morning phone appointment I was surprised that there was no appointments left and that I have to book a routine appointment. How can I get to speak to doctor even through the phone if I ring in time but there’s no left appointments????? Who is responsible for the service??? I’m not happy at all because this is everytime happening
