Matthew and Monique assisted us in refinancing our home loan when we were in a very difficult position. Their professionalism and understanding gave us confidence in their ability, and they were able to arrange a fantastic mortgage at the best possible rate. We had tried another mortgage broker previously, who was not able to help us, and just when we had begun to lose hope, BrokerCo gave us the outcome we had been looking for. The two ladies who organised our mortgage did it quickly and seamlessly. After being stuffed around by the major banks they took the reigns in getting everything in order so we could finally purchase our first home, not to mention they were both amazing to deal with and sorted out any problems we encountered quickly without hassle. The only downside to the finalisation of our mortgage was that our deposit submitted to the bank was lower than what we had agreed to which pushed our mortgage insurance up costing us more in the long run. By the time we noticed this it was too late to change it which was quite disappointing.

After starting my re-entry to the property market with another major well known broker I switched. BrokerCo did more for me in a week than the other major broker did in 2 months. Great advice and customer service, always accessible and ready to help. BrokerCo is a company I would happily recommend to friends and family.

We are so grateful as to what BrokerCo has done in order with helping us initiate the first steps with buying our first home.
