Amazing effort
Brooke was truely amazing. We had many many hurdles to jump over. And when it was over it still wasn’t over. Brooke was determined to get it over the line. I have used Paul and his team before and I would recommend Broker Co to anyone.

Mary was fantastic, in the past when I tried to refinance directly through a bank, the whole task was very arduous, but this time Mary it so very easy for me, she is a great advocate, knows her stuff and will obtain the best deal for you.

Wow What a Team.

This was my first time applying for a Home Loan, Ashley and Team have been incredible all the way through the process. They have helped to keep me informed throughout the whole process and have assisted with any small hurdle that has come up to make it a simple process the whole way along.

We were extremely happy with Kristie’s help and advice. Would 100% recommend her to everyone!!!!!!

More hassle than not dealing with Mary Harford. Incompetent and giving incorrect feedback of where the loan process is at. Would not explain the process even after being asked several times. Continued to call me at work even though was asked not to call in work hours - several times. Has completely screwed up my deal with a car dealership as she promised my loan would be ready by Sat 8 May... now it's not even going to settlement until 1 June!! What a scam of a brokerage. Will not be recommending to anyone. The service (or should I say non-service) has been disgraceful. Very disappointed I thought this would save me time and hassle as your ad states - not the case at all.

We cannot thank Kristie enough for helping us get our home loan. We are first home owners/builders and the whole thing seemed at times too overwhelming, and having to wait was a bit stressful. But having Kristie and the team at Brokerco reassured us that it was completely normal and we’re confident it would all be ok. Well worth the perseverance, and would not have happened if it wasn’t for Kristie and the team, so we are extremely grateful. Always there to answer calls, emails and texts and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Mary was really helpful from the start of our home loan journey advised what would be a good option for us and helped us get a great loan with a reputable big lender ANZ.
The process was long but one we were determined to follow through and follow the advice of Mary to get to the end successfully as that was the ultimate goal.
Mary was always on the ball and really had the knowledge for us when we were unsure of things I would recommend Mary to anyone that wishes to persue a home loan and reach there goals in owning there own home.
