As a PS to this review, I have now heard directly from the company and appreciate the response and the action taken. Thank you :) I understand that protocols are different, but 6 weeks? In the meantime every other international order has arrived and could be tracked & traced en route. Also I checked spam as I was very keen to hear from you, so where the emails went is as much a mystery as where the product has gone. However I am very appreciative that you have now responded and will rectify the problem. Thank you again

I ordered this product more than 6 weeks ago and with a confirmation of shipping on 21 April 2020. It's now 2 June 2020 and I have not received either the product or a reply to the email I sent a week ago asking if they can track & trace it for me.
