Great colour and lining. At the price, would buy a second jacket in a different colour if available. Bought for working at home over the winter. Will save me from forgetting to stay warm !

The reason for the low score is that the sizing for a Medium is too large which is unusual for Brook Taverner - I've been buying for 3 years from them and the sizing until now as been quite accurate and I've never had to return anything until now. The other issue is I returned the item to swap it for a small. However because the return takes so long to get back to Brook Taverner and then for them to process it, in the meantime the Small size is now out of stock. This returns process needs sorting.

I am sorry to hear the fit of this differed to previous items, we haven’t received any complaints regarding the fit of this jacket.
We do advise returns and exchanges can take up to 14 working days during busy periods and stock may sell out between the items being returned to us and received especially with sale items – apologies.
Once received back a full refund will be processed should we have no stock of the size you require at the point of the exchange being processed.

Quality up to normal Brook Tavener's excellent standard, haven't worn yet but not ideal with thick jumpers, but fleece lining should keep you warm.
