Abi did my eyebrow and tint today km do pleased with them she did a fantastic job and what a lovely girl will definitely be booking with her again.

I had my lips done at Colchester yesterday by Charlie I absolutely love them I felt comfortable she talked me through it and again what to expect after out of my 3 treatments I’ve had so far I’m really impressed by my lips I’ve booked for a consultation with her now to see what she recommends next to shed a few years off my face So I then can get a prescription from nurse to have more work done

I have gone to Laura at Brown White in Chelmsford for a long time, only to find out the salon is suddenly closing even though they have been happy to make future bookings even though the salon will be closed, and take my £15 deposit for each booking!!!!! Now they won't give my deposits back, DO NOT USE ANY SALONS THIS COMPANY HAVE KEPT OPEN , as per expected no phone in use and no emails being answered!!! Ange would you like to make contact ASAP!!!!

Went to the Chelmsford branch today for my daughter’s ear piercing. My daughter is 9 and has wanted her ears pieced for ages but has always been scared. When we arrived Kelsie was amazing and even though my daughter was crying but adamant she wanted them done, Kelsie took her time and spoke to her. Even when her next appointment arrived she didn’t rush her. We were able to get her ears done and she is now one very happy little girl

Being neurodivergent I’ve always struggled with social anxiety and found beauty appts awkward- with eloise I feel so relaxed. She is such a lovely girl and always does my hair perfectly. Despite my DIY attempts on my bleach blonde hair she always finds a way to rectify it beautifully and there is absolutely no one else I’d go to. She really is a credit to B&W xxx

Sienna did an lash lift and tint on me earlier and I couldn’t believe how amazing they looked , I’ve had them done before in other salons and the results don’t even compare
Also sienna was so confident and her customer service skills were brilliant. I will definitely be returning customer x

Had my eyelashes tinted and lifted and also my eyebrows wax and tinted!!! Super happy with them left feeling much more confident!!! I would 100% recommend to others to try Sienna at lexden salon x x I also had my eyebrows microblading by Justine and I could have cried with how amazing she did with them!!! Constant reassurance checking in!! And they came out amazing completely changed my face 🥰 could not have been happier many many compliments!!! X

Went in to have my eye lashes tinted and curled and eyebrows waxed and tinted, I love them done amazing job lots of compliments about then, would definitely recommend them

Justine at the lexdon salon did my lip blush today it looks amazing and she is so friendly and welcoming completely puts you at ease, and it’s really not that painful with her!

Today I popped into the frinton on sea branch it was the most hostile experience I think I can remember when walking into s shop. I asked the receptionist for a price list she said the prices are on line ! Yes they probably are but I have walked into your shop not busy one having a blow dry another sitting waiting and you can’t give me the prices of your treatments ?and a patch test so obviously looking to book treatments.She then proceeded to shout across the shop to ask another girl to do the patch test . She then sat behind the desk and said I need to register to have the patch test so I gave her my details … to be honest I want to walk out there and then. She then asked why I wanted a patch test ? Oh because I have treatments that require the test . I then ask her what gel brand they used .. she told me .. I then said every 3 weeks toes nails done with eyebrows lashes … with an almost empty shop you would think she would have asked if I would like to be booked in but know she said I can give you the prices and everything think is 50 per cent off in January!! Not the experience I was expected and not an experience I will be going through again ………

I have my eyelashes lifted and tinted with Phoebe at Lexden and couldn’t recommend more! I’m always so happy with the result and they last for a very long time. Phoebe is so lovely and it’s always so relaxing when I get them done, thank you so much :)

I had my monthly nails done today, by the lovely Serena. As always from the minute I walked in the door I felt at home. Serena is so patient, nothing is too much trouble. My nails look great for another month 🩵

My first time experience at brown and white Chelmsford was amazing and definitely won’t be my last ! I saw Beth to have my lips done for the first time and I loved every minute of it , I will 100% be back for more! Beth reassured me every step of the way , I felt so comfortable and she told me everything I needed to know and was very professional , the aftercare was given to me clearly afterwards too🥰I would recommend brown and white Chelmsford to anyone😘

Excellent service as always from Justine at the Lexden Salon. I trust her explicitly and would not let anyone else near my face. She is very professional and knows her stuff and is so approachable, it’s always a pleasure to see her. I would recommend anyone wanting anything beauty or hair to go to Brown & White, there the best.

Frinton-on-Sea academy is brilliant. I see the very talented, personable and professional Serena. My nails and lashes have never looked better. I get so many compliments and I always recommend Serena and the rest of the team.
The salon is immaculate and welcoming.
I can’t recommend enough!

Beth is amazing. She has done my fillers and lemon bottle and has always given me amazing results. Such a lovely girl! Will be coming back for some top ups and other bits soon!
