Ripped of

Ordered a solar peak £84.99 got proof of order but still no sign of order tried to contact them they don’t reply to emails are answer their phone rip off merchants DO NOT USE

ripped off

I ordered a Korum fishing shelter and a 50'' brolly was sent i cannot contact this company by phone or email as they ignore your messages and nobody answers the phone or replies to the voicemail its been over a week now of trying.totally ripped off please avoid

Do not order anything that needs to be…

Do not order anything that needs to be delivered within ten days,as it will not arrive, therefore totally ruin fishing arrangements, Customer service is at best an absolute joke.Temu delivery is faster than these clowns.
My first and last time I deal with Browns Angling (Jokers)

Poor customer service

I ordered Nash scopes and received two different models. I then tried to ring up to get them changed ,which took me over a month as I couldn’t get hold of them, only to find out they won’t be in stock for another 2 months as they wouldn’t answer the phone .

Above and beyond

I ordered a Korda kaizen green landing net, and unfortunately I put the wrong postcode on my order. I got in touch with Browns to inform them of my mistake. The help and service I received was brilliant, every person I spoke to at the company was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I would like to give a special thank you to Tom at the company who went over and above to sort the problem.

The Korum Brolly I ordered was damaged…

The Korum Brolly I ordered was damaged when I received it, so I was told to return it for refund..I had already paid £6.99 for delivery to me, but when I returned it I was charged another £6.99 from my refund which I was surprised and disappointed with..I expected Brown's to meet me half way with this as it wasn't my fault the Brolly was received damaged..I thought this was very unfair to be charged twice as I couldn't use the Brolly.. for that reason I can only award 2 stars.

Appalling on line customer service.

Appalling customer service from the on line mail-order shop. Ignored my communication. I purchased a 6’8” spinning rod. I received a 7’ 8” drop shot rod but no reason given as to why. Left with an unwanted rod.

9 days later still no show of my paid…

9 days later still no show of my paid for rod, Wont answer the phone or reply to multiple e mails I have sent. Obviously this is not a legitimate company as no business would have a customer service like this.
Be warned, stay well clear.
Payal resolution now opened to try and get my money back.

Terrible experience.

Ordered a coat rang up a few days later and they couldn't find the coat. said he would ring me in an hour but he never did total liar. Tried ringing back and there was no answer numerous times this company needs to cease trading they are an appalling company who should be ashamed of themselves I have sent an email to cancel my order I will have to see what happens.

Waited 10 days for new fishing line…

Waited 10 days for new fishing line rang store twice said somebody would ring me back no one did finally someone sorted it came next day with a bivvy and other things I didn’t order then at around 8pm at night knock on the door from person that had ordered bivvy come to collect no call from browns absolutely terrible last order for me

Poor packaging and communication

Great product and average delivery time. If only they could have packaged my reel properly to protect the box. This was a gift and the box was badly damaged. Also several days and no response to my email!

Shocking experience with browns…

Shocking experience with browns angling. Ordered a rod on the 9th September. Been chasing since, no response to email, telephone helpline just goes to a recorded message which tells you to try again. The store answers quickly but can’t assist. It’s now two weeks since I placed the order and am unable to get any update.

Discusting service they couldn’t…

Discusting service they couldn’t deliver my order so they said they would refund me after 3.5 weeks of chasing them through numerous emails and phone calls and having to get PayPal involved they refunded me but less than what I paid

Quick delivery Having read some very negative reviews…

Having read some very negative reviews of this companies online service I was anxious about ordering items my husband wanted, I went ahead anyway ordered on the 9th December received confirmation email & order completed email & SMS from fedex who delivered the items on 13th December as far as I can tell the items are as described & identified by husband. I can’t comment on after sales & hope I don’t need to but so far can’t fault them.

Ignorant liars. Shocking service

7 months on from receiving only half of my order, no calls answered, emails ignored, no refund or explanation of why they haven't sent out the rest of my order. Don't waste your time here, go to a proper shop who send you what you've paid for.
