Zero Customer friendliness

I bought the Bruder 02491 John Deere Gator and gave it to my son. After playing for a short time (a few minutes) under the supervision of an adult, the hinge on the tailgate broke - it was probably defective beforehand. I politely contacted Buder Speelgoed with the complaint and am very disappointed with the response I received. Zero goodwill, zero customer friendliness. Never again Bruder Speedgoed!

Helaas herkennen we ons niet in deze review. De opgegeven naam komt niet in onze systemen voor. We hebben zowel u als TP gevraagd uw ordernummer en gegevens te delen, zodat we kunnen kijken wat er mis is gegaan. Echter heeft zowel u als TP geen gegevens beschikbaar gesteld waardoor wij ons niet inhoudelijk kunnen verweren of reageren. We weten niet of u uberhaubt bij ons heeft gekocht, omdat u zelfs op verzoek deze gegevens niet wenst te delen. Het verbaasd ons overigens dat u op TP een review plaatst, terwijl via onze website duidelijk is dat we met Kiyoh/eKomi samenwerken.
